Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sour cream and salsa for serving (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Add the chopped bacon, ranch dressing, sliced green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Assemble the Quesadillas: Place one tortilla in the hot skillet. Evenly spread about 1/4 of the cheese and bacon mixture onto the tortilla, then top with another tortilla.

Cook the Quesadilla: Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and crispy.

Repeat: Remove the cooked quesadilla from the skillet and place it on a cutting board. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Slice and Serve: Once all quesadillas are cooked, slice them into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa for dipping, if desired.
