1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1 lb baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped

2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper
