Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup seedless grapes, halved

1 medium apple, cored and diced (preferably Granny Smith)

1 cup chopped celery

½ cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce leaves (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, halved grapes, diced apple, chopped celery, and toasted walnuts.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well-combined.

      Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

        Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

          Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

            Serve the Waldorf chicken salad on lettuce leaves or in a sandwich. Enjoy!
